If you are interested in buying an apartment, you can fill up an enquiry form or booking request form or appointment fixing form and send to RoofBird. You will soon get a response from an offline RoofBird Agent. The agent will assist you till the booking is made.

»Confirm Availablity and Price
The RoofBird Agent will check the availability of a particular apartment and its price with the developer and inform you. The agent will also assist you in negotiating the price with the developer.

»Fill Booking Form
To make a booking for an apartment, you will have to fill a form called booking form with details like block; floor, flat number and apartment size etc. The booking form will be sent to you, by RoofBird Agent or the developer at the time of finalizing the booking

»Advance Payment
You need to send the applicable advance payment to the Developer along with the booking form. You will be assisted and facilitated by RoofBird Agent in this process. The Agent will co-ordinate with the developer and get the receipt for advance and booking confirmation for you.
